We entered into a reno co tract with UR in 2020 and were quoted an approximate time frame of 4-6 months. Issues we encountered with this company were:- a designer who had zero knowledge of design and materials and consistently chose materials that were stated to be proper for the proposed use but have since proven to be wildly inappropriate where applied - cabinets created are installed improperly and need fixing (re warranty)- windowsills were not properly sanded and primed prior to paint so upon One week of cold weather every single windowsill requires repair- one can see the properly painted windowsill beneath the chipped paint - window covering has stopped working and needs repair - an LED light fixture behind a mirror does not work - the plastic rod in the closet has broken- again- and needs replacement After 1.5 years of working with this company (during which time I had to fight back and forth for 6 months to have our higher priced but faulty/stained quartzite backsplash replaced by a cheaper tile that I hate but had just given up and wanted my kitchen back) - we have emailed a polite professional email asking for some warranty repairs as per our well-over 400k renovation, and they have not replied.Business response

The ******* have provided us with a deficiency list. We have shared a plan with them to rectify all issues they have raised. They have expressed their satisfaction with the resolution direction.
