Booked a 5 night stay at Best Western ********** in ******* downtown. Both hotel and room were way below acceptable standards. I stayed in room for 1 hour inspecting and making plans to move to other hotel. Upon trying to leaving was inform by clerk that would have to pay for 1 night. This was further confirm by hotel management who told me I "didnt leave the ********** enough". Again, i litterally stayed in hotel 1 hour (of a 5 night stay), mostly discussing situation with family and trying to find another hotel to accommodate me so I could leave this one (I can provide phone records as evidence). This is ridiculous. I am requesting a full refund (for cost of taxi from *************** to hotel, cost of room charged, expensense paid in finding new hotel room, vacation time wasted, and overall unpleasant experience, as well as an apology from hotel for the inconvenience. Documents outlining charges from hotel can be provided upon request.Customer response

I would like to abandon my complaint. The company i complained about ***************************** in downtown *******) has refunded me the fees it originally charged me. although this doesn't make up for all the trouble, stress and additional fees (travel and new hotel) i had to pay because of this ordeal, i am satisfied with just abandoning the complaint at this point. My complaint # is 20804063. Thank you.
