We scheduled an appointment in May with L2. ******, the representative, changed the appointment, and we had entered the wrong date in our calendar. We reached out multiple times to reschedule, with no response. I went through the ****** website to reschedule another appointment on **** *** (even though they said that the blind prices would go up after *** **). She emails me this morning, and is delayed by an hour. She also confirmed that we were actually here. I reassured her that we were here and that it was previously an oversight. She then told me that I was aggressive and that she wouldn't be coming* * **** ** ****** *** *** **** ** ** **** *** ***** ** **** ** ********** ***** ****** ** *** ** ***** **** *** ** ******* *** ****** I have tried to call customer service and the number goes dead.
