1st issue. Had Zodiac Zo7905 Deep reef watch repaired with new movement. ************* installed faulty movement, lost original hands and damaged original dial with dripped luminescent paint . 6 months of travel from ****** and *** got me shipped parts from factory to restore original watch, with upgraded Swiss automatic movement. 2836-2. $500 extra in time and labor and shipping because of ***** mistake which he doesn't accept any responsibility. 2nd issue. *** and his Son sold me an Audemar Piguet Offshore Royal Oak auto in Rose gold for price of $750. Was supposed to be full Swiss movement. It wasn't. Was a Japanese movement. Value $300 tops. High end clone with Swiss movement is around $1500. I'm out about $500 from that sale. Nice homage, but definitely not worth paid price for mis-representation of watch.Business response

Response to customer had been provided on ****** review. We do not deal in clone or replica watches in this shop and have no sales record of such product being sold in this shop. The customer may have purchased this watch from our consignment counter and all goods sold on consignment are final sale. We are not allowed to open consignment watches so we never give any representation of the movement contained within the watch. Consignment watches are sold as is.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: original receipt from Global Diamonds for AP WATCH.Pics of 6 replica watches purchased from Global Diamonds and sold to me personally by *** (,owner) . Fraud and defamation. If no resolution, small claims court .

I am rejecting this response because: As per our phone conversation the other day, here is the updated proposal.
My Zodiac ZO7905 DEEP REEF was water logged. Asked for new movement(Swiss automatic) to be installed. 2836-2 movement installed. ***(owner) Global Diamonds lost my original hands and dripped luminescent paint on dial of watch. He said that was from before, which it wasn't. Wanted to charge me $200 for dial to be refurbished. Had my watch for several months and excuses why so long to fix. Complained to him about my original parts, to no avail. I phoned Zodiac head office and ordered parts from ****** and **** to restore my watch to originality. New movement required new hands, which I ordered and paid for. Couple days later, while setting time, the crown and stem came out of the watch. My frustration with ***** lack of professionalism and lackadaisical manner forced me to go to another jewellery store to get my watch serviced again. Took it to VVS Jewelers to *****(owner) . He removed the movement, found it ***** inside and retaining ring wrong on inside of watch. Serviced the watch and I got it back. I had also purchased an ************** ROYAL OFFSHORE rose gold automatic. *** and his son told me it is SWISS automatic. High end clone. It's not, ***** verified it's Chinese movement. Watch sells around $300. I paid $725 for a watch not worth that price. Global Diamonds comes up with excuses. Don't stand behind their products and claim they don't know the movements in their watches. He claims consignment watches, I've never seen a consignment case.
I'm enclosing all receipts and pics of watches involved.
Resolution: *** returns my $725 for hir fake watch, and another $400 for s******* my Zodiac and disrespecting his customers with blatant lies towards them. If he agrees, great, and I'll send a glowing review of his store and service; if not, I will be suing GLOBAL DIAMONDS for fraud and service failure. ***** from VVS JEWELERS will be in court also as representative of work on my watch done. I'm hoping *** understands the seriousness of his mistakes and rectifies it in meaningful way.
