DO NOT USE Cloverdale landscaping *** they are fraud and fake. I clearly asked them before signing up the contract that I need someone to remove weeds and change fabric for ****** in my backyard, he never replied to that query instead asked me once oh you want to change the fabric. I thought he understood what am looking for no idea when his guys came and sprayed they never rang the bell and all of a sudden i received an email saying Grow visit control. I have been calling them sending emails no response. I received an email for the payment for the services I did not even get it LIARS ****** Owner doesnt answer his phone and reply to his emails once in a blue moon. But when he needs money he threatens you to send it to you to collections. As per contract I paid him $25 it is nowhere mentioned that if I rendered contract I have to pay half of the contract amount. Now he is threatening me do not use Clover **** I found them on kijiji they are fraud. $134 is a small amount I would happy to pay but not when I did not get a service I asked for and on top of it they dont even response.

I am new to Clover Landscaping this year, but to date am happy with their service and honesty. There was a mistake in billing and payment and he contacted me immediately to let me know and to rectify the situation. I appreciated that as there a too many businesses who would not.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have paid them for spring yard clean up 200.00 and another 300.00 for fertilizing and weed control. You have to pay upfront on the fertilizing & weed control which I did on my visa. This is the worse my yard has ever looked. This company (Dwight) does not answer his phone and never gets back to you nor does he show up to do the job he was paid to do. I will be taking him to small claims court to rectify this situation. AGAIN....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I've started service with Clover Landscaping a few weeks ago, and so far am more than pleased with the service. Today they cleaned, fertilized, aerated, and mowed. They are fast and efficient. I'm hoping to see a beautifully green yard in a few weeks. I will be happy to recommend this ******* business to anyone.

I contacted Clover Landscaping *** via email after seeing their add for lawn care this spring (May 2021) on fb. This company was supposed to provide their 'spring lawn care special' for a set price of ******* to include grass cutting:dethaching:aeration:overseeding:blowout of flower beds, and fertilizing. They cut and aerated the grass only and sent me an invoice for $177.45 When I called the owner to inquire about this he insisted the service was provided even though I sent him pics that it wasn't and requested he come see for himself.He refused to followup himself insisting I needed a "landscaping company" instead????????I offered they could return and finish the job but he refused to do so. He then said he was voiding my invoice and "have a nice summer" and hung up.I was extremely polite to him and very disappointed that my lawn was not attended to as agreed upon. I was left having to find another company. Not impressed.
