      Booked the limo and was told we would have a *******. We paid for 2 pick *** & a drive. We got picked up in a party bus and didnt receive the ride we paid for on the second trip. *** made numerous emails and calls to Quest Limos and no one is responding. Im looking for a refund because we werent provided with the service we paid for. Not a full refund, but a partial one for sure.

      Hello 

      The service was provided to the customer as agreed, we did send a larger vehicle instead of small limo, as that was only available on the day of service, 

      As per in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to upgrade vehicle at no cost if similar not available. 

      Vehicle was a limo style Party bus, driver do performed both trips as booked.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The limo bus door was broken and the bus was filthy. It wasn't an upgrade from. A *********** was a ***** And we didnt get the full service I paid for, we went straight to the show and back. Ive submitted the info already and I have 7 witnesses. 
      I want a refund for services not provided. I also have a phone call of their employee answering my call, saying they are done with me. They arent refunding the hour I paid for and didnt get.

      you can check the Terms and conditions screenshot and URL for full Terms and Conditions.  ***************************************************** .If the vehicle was not of your expectations, you should have rejected the service at the first point, you have used the service for 2 different trips, if the vehicle was filthy you should not have used it for second time. after using the vehicle for both of your trips completetly. we do not have any refund policy as per our terms and conditions to which you have signed and agreed to.

      I am rejecting this response because:the tickets for our Concert were ****. When your driver showed up late, we were supposed to miss the show also? 
      we are  not from *******. 

      please refund the 100 you took for the hour trip, (as stated in our emails) and Ill be sure to not contact you for future limo service. 

      im confused about why you are responding, since you said (video recorded) you dont care about the BBB. 

      refund my 100 for the hour long drive you didnt provide. Do you need the emails you sent regarding that? Or do you still have them?
