on mar7/22 i called Summer Breeze about a noise my fridge is making. I had an extended warranty from them. They confirmed with ******* for approval to fix fridge. ******* contracts them for repairs. A tech came to my house to check the problem, however he did NOT do anything! He did not listen to me speak, or check the fridge in anyway.he Did not pull fridge out, did absolutely NO diagnosis whatsoever. I asked if he wanted to listen to a recording i have of the noise the fridge makes sporadically. He said NO, he didn't need to. Was in my house less than 2 minutes and left. Week later mar13/22 a different tech guy came to replace the part that the previous tech suggested. Shortly after the tech replaced "the defected damper"( which was NOT the problem), the noise returned. I called the office immediately and told them. The second repair tech called me back, i played the recording to him. He said he would get back to me. A week went by, no one contacted me so i called office again, and then was corresonding with the owner ***** *****. He is unwilling to fix my fridge. He said I had a one time fix, and that was fixed! They fixed the wrong part! How could they know what was wrong when they didn't listen to the noise or look at the fridge?? was a complete arrogant guess and the wrong one at that! I have warranty for this to be fixed properly! ***** ***** was very rude to me via emails which i have copies of our communication. His tech guy made a mistakes because he did NOT do his job, and now they will not make things right and actually fix the problem! I am certain ******* paid them for that warranty and wont pay them for a second time and this is why they wont fix my fridge. It will be at their expense. I am appalled at the rude behaviour of the owner, and the careless work from the original tech! They did not honour the warranty that i am entitled to. i have emails i can send in different email if you would like to read. also copy of warranty.
