I am receiving unwanted phone calls AND text messages from this business claiming I signed up to be contacted and they will not stopBusiness response

On May **** ********************* applied on our website for a loan to by a laptop. Our agent simply replied to the customers inquiry in good faith. This is the same customer who would have file a complaint should we not have called him right back. We would be dealing with an idiotic complains stating that we do not return calls.
Here are the notes from our agent below:
1. Called 1x spoke to customer **************** he is no longer interested- "please put me on the do not call list and hung up".
2. Customer Status was changed to DO NOT CALL
3. Loan Status Changed to DECLINED.
2, Customer proceeded to call back 4 times to harass **. Blocked his calls
3. Call Recordings have been logged and forwarded to security and can be provided if harassment continues.
This is a prime example of a customer who applies for a loan, gets declined and for what ever reason feels they need to retaliate by harassing **. We have a very strict harassment and anti-bullying policy which results in a customer being blocked.
Lucky for ********************* not only will he not receive future calls from ** but he has got himself blocked as well. Please DO NOT re-apply!

I am rejecting this response because:i Did not apply for a loan, I clicked on an advertisement and they had no permission to call in the first place.
When I asked to be placed on the do not call list, they did not respond, so yes I called back to ensure I was which they never responded to
they also texted me, which again they did not have permission to do

I agreed to a financing contract for a new mattress and bed frame on April 5, 2022. I was emailed the contract the same day and my first payment was withdrawn from my account on April 7. I was told that the product would arrive within 5 business days of when my payment was received. I have tried repeatedly to email and phone the company since they never sent me payment confirmation or shipping instructions. I have not been able to reach anybody by phone, my messages have not been answered and the email address provided on their website does not work. I am appalled by the horrible customer service this company has displayed after they were so eager to call me to get me signed up.Business response

According to our records the office had a conversation with you last week and updated you on both your payments as well as shipping. Our office has been close this past weekend given that it is Easter. None the less your mattress is in transit via ***** and should be at your door anytime. We do value your business and you are more than welcome to call us anytime **************
