I paid mattresses for less the full amount for a mattress, bed, side table, and chest of drawers. They delivered the side table and chest of drawers which was damaged as well as a metal replacement bed (not the one I paid for). They said they would deliver the bed I paid for when it was delivered to them from their supplier which was supposed to be 2 weeks ago. However, I sent pictures of the damages and and requested that they pick up the damaged furniture and give me a refund for the bedroom set since I wanted to buy a new one from elsewhere. The manager agreed to take the furniture back and give me a refund on September 27th (this was all over email). Since then, I have not heard from them despite attempts to continuously follow up. They continue to ignore me and have left me with a damaged side table, chest of drawers, and metal replacement bed (that I did not order) and that is much cheaper then the one I paid for without providing me with a refund. I would like the business to honour their agreement to take all of the damaged furniture and replacement bed back and provide me with a full refund.
