      We had mover service with this company ********* mover last Sep! While they were working they damaged lighting fixture and they said they are going to fix, they took a part and said they can just change part so need time to get the part! I tried call them month later and they said the part are arrived and they can fix sooner! It has been three month now I tired call them did not answer, or said the manager will be call back in times manner! Never got phone call back still waiting! I got called from property manager weekly said if they fix the lighting Please help us..

      I hired Calgary Movers Pro to assist in a residential move for ***** 25,2022. The movers caused severe damage to my walls, railings, new leather couch and **. The movers assured me the company would make amends and will fix everything. I paid them via **** and tipped each mover $50 each. I then sent the company pics of the damage and requested someone call me asap to fix the damages as promised. Over the next 3 weeks I continued to call, email and leave messages. **** finally called me and sent ***** (repairman) to fix the walls and railings. ***** was incompetent and would not show up some days and I called **** the manager to complain. She apologized and spoke to *****. Once the walls were repaired they looked HORRIBLE. He did an awful job with the mudding and painting and now the walls looked even worse!***** told me he couldnt do any more and to contact the company about the ** and damaged sofa. Im spoke to **** and told her how disappointed I was in their service. She begrudgingly offered me a $100 dollars and told me it would be coming out of her pocket. I told her I was not satisfied and there must be more they could do to rectify the situation. She advised me to wait for her manager to call me. No one ever called. Im left with walls that need to be resanded and painted, a damaged ** and damaged new Natuzzi leather couch. (Approx $2000 in damages) I left a review on their website and no one called me. Ive left a review on the BBB website as well. Id like this company to apologize and make amends by way of refund of an appropriate amount. Im hopeful with the help of The BBB this can be solved and I can move forward. *********************************** ************ cell

      We hired Calgary Movers Pro to move our belongings to our new home on July 29. The movers were instructed to move only the furniture and the belongings that were packed in boxes or bins. Without permission, the movers removed our 60 television from the wall and put it in a cardboard box without any means of protection (no blanket, no bubble wrap, etc.). They loaded the ** and unloaded it at the new house. They ignored their own stated company policies of testing the ** before and after the move.The next day I opened the box and found the ** screen broken. I immediately called the movers and provided photos of the damage.Calgary Movers Pro has attempted to blame me for the broken ** because they used my cardboard box. They have offered only $150 in compensation. Replacement value for this high-end 60 plasma ** is over $2000. It is not possible to repair broken plasma screens.Calgary Movers Pro have not acted in good faith or attempted to reach any compromise. All I ask is for some level of fair compensation for my damaged property.In addition to the broken **, the movers also damaged a chair and a table.

      Significant damages resulting to furniture during a move. The movers originally agreed to send repair person out. They then said that I should get my own repair person and that I was to submit receipts. Within a 1/2 hour they then said they would only reimburse me $250. They have arbitrarily capped damages at $250. The ******** documents / images showing COST of furniture as well as images of damages done have been sent to Calgary Movers Pro. They refuse to send someone to repair and refuse to reimburse costs to repair by own choosing. It will be far more than $250.

      Hello,

      By our contract the client needs submit the claim in 48 hours. The client claimed after 4 days. We did provide our repair team from our cost. The client was't very professional to our repair team. The repair team left, and not willing to deal with the client. After that we did offer 250$ as refund, even tho the client did not submit a claim in time. Our insurance declined claim due not submitting in time. We diid try to solve the issue. We did send a repair team. But, the behaviour of the client to repair team was. not nice, so they left.  We still can offer 250$

      In sum they acknowledged the damage; agreed to repair ON THE *** OF MOVE; we agreed to a resolution; they arranged for a repair person to come out.  I paid for the move based on this agreement.  Someone somewhere got wires crossed and now they refuse to repair the damage.

      The client did not report the damage in 48 hours, our insurance declined the request. From our side, we offered a repair team to come and fixed, from our expense. Even tho the client reported a damage after 48 hours. The client was shouting to the repair man. He refused and left the site. After all that, we offered 250$ refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      - the agreement was made to repair the furniture on June 20, 2022 - the same day as the damage as previously discussed.  If necessary, we can call lead mover as a witness as  I was standing beside him a) when he tried to repair one of the issues; and b) was talking to the office and told me (as previously stated in this BBB string) that the office would discount the move by $100 and send a repair person to fix damages within one to two weeks.  This is a contract. Offer / acceptance / consideration.  

      - the company keeps changing their story to try to get out of their commitment ;  first they agreed to repair damage on June 20; then it was 3 days, now it is 48 hours and I yelled???

      - I did NOT yell at anyone; i corresponded with ***** (repair guy) by text

      - attaching text message string with Randy 

      - they should do what they said they were going to do on June 20
