            Dear Team,March 3rd 2022 deposit of $1,837.47 paid via e-transfer to NavySeal Transport We could not get a copy of the terms and conditions but received an email on Feb 28, 2022, NavySeal wrote that This deposit is fully refundable given you decide to cancel the move in the future. We just ask you to give us 5 business days to refund you the deposit.On April 6 I asked to change the pick up date but they did not respond at all Worried that they would not honor the contract, we asked to cancel the move on May 10th and requested full refund of the deposit Owner, ***, did not respond to our request. Then, we were eventually able to speak with him. He said he does not want to give back full refund and said he would refund us half $900.00 He promised we would receive the refund by May 24th, then said May 27th, but has not got back to us He has not kept his promise and has not given $900.00 back We seek full recovery of our deposit and would appreciate your help *************************

            I had a very positive interaction with Navy Seal Transport. The owner was friendly, responsive and provided ample references (a few of which I checked, all very happy customers). They were able to move my possessions on a very tight schedule which they kept to. Everything arrived at their destinations ( I had two drop-off locations) on time and in good condition. The price stayed the same and I found it was reasonable compared to other options I had. I would rate the experience as excellent overall.
