Dates of Transaction: Jul 15, Aug 4, Sep 2, Sep 23, 2023.Amount Paid: $80.85, $136.50, $73.50, $15.75 = Total $306.60 Business Committed to Provide: 20% off on my 6th Visit Nature of Dispute:This business Lavish Nail Spa Beacon Hill used what they called Loyalty Card to lure me and a lot of other customers to come back to their nail salon repeatedly with the promise that they will give a certain discount on the 6th visit. Now, I completed all 5 visits and at the point when I wanted to book my 6th visit to get the promised discounted rate complimentary, they declined to offer that to me with reasons that I was unsatisfied during my 3rd Visit to them because I gave them a feedback that my feet was visibly strong and hard after the pedicure they gave me, which they still sold me a foot cream to use after my feedback to them. This reason felt scammy and ridiculous to me, as I did have two appointments after that particular pedicure feedback and they never brought it up but have continued to collect payments from me for services being offered since then till it now got to the point where they as a business was supposed to keep ip to their own end of the loyalty discount, which they cancelled to give.Business Resolution: None as my 20% Loyalty Benefits was Canceled because I gave them a feedback during my 3rd Visit so they decided that since I was not satisfied on that said visit, that I will not be receiving the Loyalty Benefit anymore. And that I can give the benefit to a friend or family instead, which I find unacceptable as my family members are not interested in it and all my friends have their special designated nail spa. Moreover, this is a benefit I earned with my money and should be allowed to reap and enjoy it myself.Amazing how they did not cancel my later visits after my feedback and only canceled when it was time to offer discounted rate.I hope youll help me get justice, so they dont continue this trend as per other customers reviews herein.
