My name is ***************************** and i bought two vehicle parts with ************* Parts. **************************************************************** there business phone no is ************.The transaction was made *** April 2023 at ******** .he told me we will call u in same day Evening to pick up the parts but he did not call me, next day same time i went their yard and ask about parts , but they told me when parts will ready then the call . Everyday i went to pick up my parts but the always told me when your part is ready , we will call you.**** of April when i told them u give me parts or refund my money, buy refused to my money or not give the parts and abusing and pushing me in his junk yard..now today end of 11th April and no chance to get part or money.Please help me , i am jobless and patient of heart.Business response

On Aug 19 2021 I ordered a bumper from asteroid auto and used E-transfer to pay, with the understanding that I would pay shipping collect when the bumper arrived. They assured that the bumper would arrive within 2 or 3 weeks. On sep 12 I contacted them to find out what happened with no answer. September 17 I sent another text and they answered and I gave my information for a refund since the bumper was nowhere to be found. I have contacted them various times since then and today Oct 12 2021 I called and got hung up on after sharing who I was and that I hadn't received a refund. I want my money back. I ordered an engine wiring harness for a **** Audi A4 through one of the employees here, **** to be exact. I sent an e-transfer for $190 and waited for the better half of a month with the promise of either that the part was sent or the part was not available, especially when my brother tried to pick up the part for me in person, to which none of the staff knew what was going on. In fact, he tried to ask me to pay for the part a second time when I never even got it the first time around (no tracking number or anything). I called about cancelling the order on Aug. 24th as the situation involving the A4 went for the worst (engine was no good). **** claimed that the part was already removed and they still have to pay the staff for the time involved and the instore credit was the best they can offer. While I did agree to the credit, this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, plus instore credit doesn't do me any good since I won't go back there after this whole experience.
