    On December 10th/2023 my vehicle was dropped off at Courtesy Chrysler with several issues.Dealership broke my window to enter the vehicle and change the battery, costing me ****$ before even entering the shop.After 4 days was told to pick up my vehicle as 'all issues had been addressed". Was charged a bill of $****.00, paid in full, but upon driving my vehicle I immediatly noticed that no issues had been addressed.I was charged over ****$ just to have my heater fixed, and still my heater has not worked one single day. Now being told due to the poor workmanship, second Dodge dealer has quoted me over ****$ to repair my heater.Upon contacting the service department, I was told that one part was on order, and all issues were related to that part not being installed. Was told they would schedule in my vehicle once the part arrived in early January. After not hearing from Courtesy Chrysler, I emailed my service advisor and was told the part wouldn't be available until April.I have had **** taken from me, with no service to my vehicle completed.Have attempted to contact the **************** ******* manager for resolution, and none has been offered.Had to reverse credit card charges but that will take ***** days to process.

    Dear *********************, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Dodge *********** center recently. I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle and was promised a rental car upon arrival. However, when I got there, they did not have the car ready for me, despite confirming my reservation. This unprofessionalism led to a significant waste of my time and caused me to miss an important appointment, resulting in a lost deal. Even last time when I brought my car in, I got a dent on my vehicle, and it's been 2 or 3 months with no follow-up from anyone regarding this issue. Additionally, I bought a comprehensive service package to have a headache-free experience when servicing my car, but what a waste of money! I paid for that comprehensive service, yet the service center fails to deliver on its promises. The staff's incompetence and lack of organization are unacceptable. Due to their mishandling of my reservation and neglect of previous damages, I faced unnecessary stress and financial loss. Furthermore, I didn't appreciate the advisor trying to fool me by telling me my appointment was on Friday, not Thursday, as originally scheduled. If I don't receive adequate compensation for these issues, I have two Dodge Rams that I will discard and purchase pickup trucks from a different company. As a contractor running numerous construction contracts around the city, this situation is completely unacceptable. I plan to take this matter to court to recover my losses and compensate for the time wasted. I will also take this matter to the ************* Vehicle Industry Cll This situation is completely unacceptable. I've paid money to get full warranty coverage, and now, when I reach out to customer service at ********* ********************** in ******** they are treating me very poorly. Shame on them for such behaviorI will not be tolerated.********************* did Block my Instagram account. This is unjustified, especially since I am a paying customer expecting a service.
