Hello All, We've ordered height adjustable Nevi Desks from Contemporary Office Interiors. After their usual wait time we've received shipment with damages along with the colour of desk tops not matching with was there in the catalogue provided to us during the online order request. This was acknowledged by their employees. We requested for a refund since we didn't have any desks to work with. But the merchant has insisted on fixing it. They offered to install the desks for free after 6 weeks waiting. Table tops colour was not matched again. After discussing it with operations manager and agreeing that the colour is indeed not matching we sent the desks back.The following day we received an email to come collect the desks. After reaching out to their manager and expressing our opinion that the advertising doesn't match to what actually is shipped and its conducting business in bad faith the manager ************************* has threatened to throw away the desks if not picked up. Next morning we spend ***$ to rent a truck and pickup the desks. We've raised this issue and behaviour with our credit card company. ************** has emailed threatening to report us for credit card fraud. However, I want to highlight we've purchased chairs from this company before and since we liked them we went ahead and ordered the desks. Today we've received invoice from their company to pay for the desks since the credit card company has temporarily issued us a refund. We've asked them multiple times for a refund. We've asked them to take the desks back. However, the merchant is insisting on forcing this purchase on to us. We're reaching out to you provide a solution to this problem and many thanks for all your help.
