      I signed up with Elite Lifestyle coaching on Nov 4th 2022 after a long conversation with ***************. I was specific with my goals and what I have been doing until now to get to where I wanted to be. I advised him that I had worked with 2 other coaches this year. **** assured me that I would have weekly meetings with my coach. He said we would also have weekly group meetings where he would share information, nutritional and fitness tips, etc in order for the group to learn together. I have not had one meeting. I have check ins, where I submit a form, and my coach responds via voice text. That is not the same as a meeting where there is a two way conversation. As I had been working with coaches prior, I submitted a DETAILED account of my calories, diet and advised of my workouts so that I could continue on with my progress. None of that was taken into account for my program. I was provided with a meal plan (nothing like the sample meal plan that was initially provided). I followed the meals and workouts exactly as provided. My coach commended me weekly for my efforts. However, I was gaining weight. I discovered that the plan he provided me was almost 400 calories over what I had been eating in my last plan. The app he used to provide my plan was inaccurate in its calculation, so when I calculated using ************ app, it showed how much more I was eating unknowingly. The workouts provided were much lighter than I was used to, as they assigned me a beginner plan, not taking into account my previous work. I have lost all trust and faith in this program. I paid for 3 months. After the first month, I asked for a refund for my last 2 months (paid for 3 months). My concerns were completely dismissed and my refund denied. I was told to "stop asking questions and do what I'm told". I want my last 2 months refunded ($800). Documentation was not provided to me until after payment was requested/sent, therefore the refund policy was not disclosed prior to commitment.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      There was no resolution offered.  My concerns were not addressed (see ******** response to ELC's response, as well as a recent email exchange).  They are skirting around the issues/ concerns I've raised and have failed to provide the services I paid for. (proper meal plan, challenging workouts).  There were no modifications made to my program for 4 weeks.  We had no 'meetings" which were initially discussed in our welcome call.  I was misguided in my meal plan (unsuspectingly eating 400 calories more than I had been when I started tracking on MFP as suggested by my coach, inconsistent food information as provided meal plans containing food that was not "approved" list").

      My response is in blue- both in our ******** email exchange as well as in response to ****'s last written statement. 

      My lawyer advised to take this straight to court, but I thought that it best to try and resolve this without having ELC incur lawyer fees, however ELC has still not offered any resolutions, yet admitting that I have a right to be upset (in ******** email correspondence).  I don't want to drag this on.  I don't want to go through the hassle of lawyers (although my circle of friends are all lawyers and are very excited and willing to take this on).  I prefer not to go that route.  I prefer to have this settled quickly and quietly.  I asked for a refund for VERY reasonable reasons and I was denied without consideration.  This is why we are here.
