- Purchased a martingale collar ($*****) for one of our dogs July 12th. - Order arrived July 18th. I tried the collar on our pup, it doesn't have a buckle so it needs to slide over her head and still be small enough around her neck to do the job. Unfortunately, the fight to get it back off of her was too much and we decided to return it. We tried the collar for 2 days, putting it on several times and having to adjust it to see if it would work, using the leash to see if it would do its job. - I followed the instructions on their RETURN POLICY and sent it back, within the allowable time frame, in good condition August 1. - They have refused to give me my refund, stating it has been used and they cannot resell it. (IT WAS TRIED ON MY DOG) They gave me the option of coming to pick it up or they could donate it for me. A $** collar, that does not work for us and that was returned according to THEIR RETURN POLICY. I have attempted a second time to get my money back and again they have refused the return and refund August 8. If you are not going to allow returns, then do not have a return policy.Business response

We received ******'s return of the martingale collar and in our opinion is was clearly used and was dirty. We require all returns to be "like new" as a small business operator so we can resell items. We returned the collar to the customer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I cleaned it again and it **************, attempted to return it again and was refused. It was tried out on our dog, she isn't a dirty dog, and was rejected even though it was like new. The business made no attempt to see what they could do on their end, and refused to see if it was more to their standard the second time. I do not understand how it looks dirty, my photos show it looking exactly like it does online as brand new.

I ordered $170 worth of items for a puppy we are bringing home in a couple weeks. When I checked the tracking info, it said the items were returned to sender. I tried asking the company about this and have not received a response, I was brushed off and told they would look in to it. That was over 8 hours ago. I tried requesting my refund, no response from the company. I tried posting a 1 star review, they filter the bad reviews and it wont show up on their website. Something is definitely off with this company!Business response

The individual entered in the wrong address for the package so it was returned to us. We followed up with the customer for the correct address and resent the package. Thanks, ***
