  I've been an owner of a unit in their ******** ******* condos since December 2019. For the duration of my living here there has been numerous cases of leaking waterlines in the mainfloor common areas. These leaks take days sometimes weeks to gain any sort of attention from the maintenance team. We currently have BLACK MOLD growing from ceiling tiles that have been soiled for months and they've still not been replaced. Diversified Management seems to always have an excuse as to why something isn't being done about the mess. They promised owners that the waterlines would be getting replaced in May of 2022 to prevent any further leaks. The repairs have not been made still to this date september 27 2022 and they have only told us the crew has ran into difficulties which is the reason for the 5 month delay. I feel like I gwt no where when I contact ******* at Diversified Management. I need help to get the dangerous mold removed at rhe very least.

  Thank you for sharing your frustration with us on this matter. Please note that the board approved the domestic water line replacement in your building quite a while ago. Unfortunately, the contractor ran into supply shortages that have significantly delayed the water line replacement, which is of no control of the board nor Diversified Management. In fact, all plumbing contractors have stated that there is a serious supply chain problem in the city, and this is apparent to all contractors in different fields.
  
  This specific area of pipe located directly outside your unit has been prone to leak due to the age of the pipe, which is why ceiling tile repairs will not be completed until the domestic water line is replaced.  Most recently, the line sprung another leak (Sept 26th) which was quickly patched up and a certified restoration company was immediately sent out to remediate the loss.
  
  Please note that your manager has done everything in her power to stay on top of the replacement by expressing urgency and challenging the boards choice in contractor to expedite this to the best of their ability. In closing, your manager, *******,has already reached out to ****** *********** to assess the affected areas to determine if there is mold growth.
