      DMS has been apalling at resolving any issues that I have been personally involved with at Evergreen West. The will not answer emails or phone calls. Messages left at the office go unanswered and there is no concern for providing information. ***************************** sits as a member of the condo board but will not tell me when the meeting are, where I can find information and don't even get me started on TownSq. She says it is handled and there is a response from there but the link does not work from a cell phone or Android tablet. I would try it from my desktop but I have been without an Internet connection for my business since moving April 23. The blame ***** saying there is a lock box on the door but the only lock box in the entire complex is a **** box. Don't know if they are misinformed or absolutely do not care about what is going on but it is very disappointing and disrespectful. When I do get in touch with the condo board I am going to attend the meetings and I will raise a concern about why we are using this company for so called management services when they are really not happening. It took a very long time to the get exterior repaired from the hail damage and it is still ongoing issues with equipment and skyjacks in our visitor parking lot. They have not fixed the hallway damage and materials are left piled on the floor with no warnings making it a tripping hazard but again there is no concern or action on the part of DMS. They will say they take direction from the board but ******* is on the board. What gives? If I could take away stars I would.

      Hi *****, Thank you for your review; however, we have answered all your inquiries in a timely manner and have attempted to assist you to the best of our abilities. Please take note that ******* is your ************* and does not sit on the board. If you have a concern pertaining to the condo board you are more than welcome to reach out to them directly at ************************ The monthly board meetings are not open to public and the next AGM has not yet been booked; however, we are expecting it to be in or around October. As for the condos website (TownSq), we do hope you can use the registration link once you have access to your laptop again. You shouldnt have issues accessing the website via cell phone, but do keep in mind that you will be required to download the TownSq app on your cellphone. As for the ***** installation, we are sorry to hear youve been having trouble with *****. However, we can confirm that ***** does in fact have their own lockbox that holds a set of keys to the electrical room for the complex. Both ******* and our General Manager have advised you to please rebook your ***** appointment and we will be able to provide ***** with instructions on how to use the corporations lockbox should the technician be unable to find their own lockbox. The hail damage was an insurance claim. Unfortunately, the repair timeline is out of the condo board and DMS control. In addition, the contractor has struggled with weather related delays, part shortages and other unforeseen issues that are out of our control. If you have any specific questions pertaining to the complex please do reach out to either your condo board directly or your *************, *******************************, and wed be happy to assist you or point you in the right directly, as we have been.

      Unprofessional, unorganized and unfit to manage your property! Avoid this company at all costs. Their staff do not respond to emails or phone calls and even their general manager does not honour his word and phone you back when he says he will. They have repeatedly sent me confidential correspondence from other properties while not providing me with needed information for my own (but again ignore voicemails informing them of same). Ive had two other major incidents with them that I will be taking further action on but I just want other properties and consumers to know that they should really look elsewhere when looking for someone the hire for property management services. They do not treat the people they work for (you) with any respect whatsoever and they are not competent or capable of managing properties or solving even the most simple of situation that *** arise. Their incompetence and lack of organization, coupled with terrible customer service and total lack of follow through, make them an unbearable organization to have to deal with in any capacity!

      Since writing this review the general manager has written me back but did not directly address my most serious concerns and minimized what happened to me. He responded to another review I wrote by trying to deflect from his organizations many failures by placing responsibility on others, when all along the issue has been with his own employees and lack of proper business practices. I expect his response to this review to be no different.

      Dear Owner, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. A search of our database has confirmed that you are not on communication lists for any other properties. We are left to assume this was a clerical error that has already been resolved. Please keep in mind that we understand your frustration to await an exterior water tap repair but unfortunately Diversified does not have the ability to make decisions on behalf of your condo board. Instead, we must await board approve before acting on any items. This is in accordance with our management agreement and the Condo Act. We do hope to improve your experience with our company in the future.
