I would like to say that I have dealt with several different rental companies over the years since I lived in ******* I have never Had such a horrible experience As I have dealing with drummer *********************** One of their Senior real estate agent Tried to get me to reapply for the townhouse that I live in a year after I moved in because my roommate moved out stating that they were the primary tenant on the lease witch is untrue I was the one that did the final walk through and signed off I think in an attempt To take my damage deposit I ignored their request for me to reapply and they did not ask again I have also made complaints about neighbors drinking excessive noise And fighting outside my door I have called the police over 15 times last year And nothing was done *********************** told me that I should get ahold of their landlord when it's clearly States on their website That that sort of thing is not tolerated They have also increased my rent a $175 over 2 years Claiming that it reflects inflation The 2nd year was a 16% increase 8% higher than the average in ******* when my roommate called to have her name removed from the lease they were very rude and disrespectful to her yelled at her and hung up on her this company has no respect for there tenants and I would not refer anyone to *******
