Completely negligent. They don't post vital property information and they don't answer calls or messages. Just a huge waste of time trying to deal with these deadbeats...

If I had more information I would respond. Very sorry that you had issues with us, but we were closed over the long weekend and that *** have been the reason for your frustration. Also not sure what vital information we did not post, am assuming in our advertising? If I had specifics I would be very happy to address them for you.Review from Tony K

Power properties does not look after their tenants. They are deceitful and do what they can to keep damage deposits. I have provided proof that the landlord was responsible for things and they still kept 1/2 of my damage deposit. ****** has horrible customer service and is very rude. Stay away from this company as they will rip you off as a tenant.Power Properties Ltd. Response

We are very sorry you feel this way **********, but we are required to follow the owner's instructions and in this case, there were many hidden damages that the owner reviewed and charged you for. Glass shelf was not installed properly in the toilet. It was supposed to be installed with 8 screws. They installed the shelf using 2 screws. I removed the shelf so it doesn't hurt any one. When I moved out they charged me installation fees. That amount was deducted from my deposit. Then they told me that I was supposed to install it back before leaving. They don't care if I install it in wrong way and it can injure the next tenant. I need to get my refund.Power Properties Ltd. Response
