    I have just had the exact same thing happen to me that ******* has described. I tried to order on the Subway app and at checkout it said there was an error on the apps fault and try again later. I tried a second time and was again told app error .to try again later.i decided to order my weekly groceries and was told my MasterCard was declined. When I contacted MasterCard I was told my MasterCard had been charged twice for the same amount roughly $60 in total. I tried to voice my complaint and never received a reply. I phoned the 800 number listed and was treated terribly I was told to speak up and I explained it's difficult for me as I have esophageal cancer and am also a disabled man with cerebral palsy and spina bifida. The lady then said if this is true I should have somebody call in my place who is understandable and not a r-tard. I was so humiliated and am still upset I guess subway needs my money more than I do I was a loyal customer and fan of subway for years but have resigned myself to the fact that they no longer want my "type " of customer and are keeping my money.
