Made an order on their mobile app. walked to the store and found it surrounded by construction fencing. there was no way in unless i put myself in danger. i called the store and no one answered so i left. i kept calling until 20 minutes later someone answered. they didnt understand what i saying at all. after 10 minutes of arguing with them they seemed to figure out their store was not open to the public. they suggested i walk through the drive through and put myself in danger doing something irresponsible and stupid. no. i had already left and didnt even have a vehicle available. contacted all customer service numbers, no answer. email worked sort of. i did get a text saying $15 was added to my app but when i used it at another store i ordered $7 and it used the whole $15. their email does NOT allow you to email them back i have ******************************************************************************************** from picking up/.
