On July 7th, 2022 we had Epic Roofing replace the shingles on our roof. They finished the project late on July 8th. On July 9th I inspected the work they did. There was scratches on the eaves trough, where they had the ladder. Part of my eaves trough was bucked. I also noticed that one part of the siding trim was pulled up. There was also lots of small pieces of plastic, from the shingle bags, all around my yard. There was not sufficient cleaning of my driveway, after the garbage bin was removed. There was multiple nails found, along with asphalt shingle particles. I emailed all of these concerns to the project manager, along with some other questions. I never received a response back from anyone at Epic to address my concerns/questions. I have emailed a couple times since the first email, but each email has been ignored. It is unfortunate I have to resort to submitting a complaint through the BBB. When I was first speaking with the sales person in getting a quote for this. He assured me that everything will he cleaned up when the job is finished. He also stated that if I noticed anything afterwards, to report it and someone will come out to clean it up. I have also ******** pictures of mentioned, slight, damage.Business response

My notes show that the ground clean up and trough cleaning was done in the first week of August.
I can definitely see a buckle in the trough so I would like to apologize for that. We are going to have to get the color of trough and have one of our trough teams replace it.
As well it appears our service tech did not give us the message about the buckled trough.
Once again my apologies and we will solve it right away once we get the color.

Epic Roofing fixed our roof between fall of 2020 and Spring of 2021, we are in a condo/townhouse type homes and under *** **********. I am writing this complaint as the condo board cannot help us regarding our concerns for Epic Roofing's previous work anymore. I also reached out to Epic Roofing and Email them regarding our issue but so far I am being ignored.During the early weeks of January cold weather I have noticed a lot of ice build-up in my attic, I checked and found out that some of my bathroom exhaust hose is detached from the roof, I tried to look closer to see how it was detached.I found that the new exhaust caps that the epic roofing installed is misaligned from the original hole, when the workers installed it, they pushed down the exhaust hose leaving it hanging in our attic. I can assure to this as you cannot even push back the exhaust hose as the hole in now misaligned. for you to fix it, cutting a bit of wood to make a bigger hole is needed or moving the exhaust cap from the roof to align it from the original hole in the attic.I have ******** some photos to this report. When their inspector came his name is ****** I even show him the hole and have him try to put it back. which he cant do, because it was misaligned and the hole is small for the pipe now.I am very dissapointed when the management sent us the inspectors report that it only fell because of the whether and their caps are installed properly, even after showing it to the inspectors. Also they are saying that the scope of their job does not include the inside, but in my opinion they shoud at least have my exhaust pipe that they knocked off its place be fixed to its original place. as it may cause a lot of condesation if left behind.I hope that Epic Roofing will look to this issue futher and have it fixed.Business response

I have added a document that hopefully is a solution for the homeowner and we are trying to resolve it shortly. It describes our position on the conflict.
Thank you.
