After buying an older home in ********** in 2020, I have called upon ** and ******* for advice multiple times over the years. Their responsiveness and attention to detail is impressive -- they efficiently perform the work, follow up where necessary, and their years of experience give me peace of mind re work quality. I am grateful to have found Whalleys Four Seasons Roofing, and to be able to deal with people like ** and *******. Integrity such as this is a rare find these days.

Our home inspection on our recent home purchase indicated impact damage on our roof in several areas. At first we thought hail damage and that the path forward was a new roof despite the roof only being 8 years old. We proceeded to contact three highly rated vendors for quotes. The first two vendors, quoted full roof replacements with no indication about how or why the damage occurred when I asked. Whalley's was the only vendor to identify the impact damage was likely from the previous owner using an axe to remove dammed ice, along with some other drainage issues associated with our low slope roof. Whalley's recommended repairing the damage, and taking measures to improve water conveyance to prevent future ice damming in order to give us back another ****+ years with our existing roof. When a company goes the extra mile to address the root issue, and present the customer with feasible options, they get my attention. I hired the company, and the crew who did our repairs was efficient, pleasant to work with, and left my property in fantastic condition. We are glad we can save the money for now and use it towards our roof replacement when we actually need it. I also wanted to add this company is very responsive, had excellent communication and friendly customer service. You could tell the crew enjoyed their rapport with one another while on site - always nice to see good company culture. Thank you again to this amazing company.
