RR Calgary plumbing was able to come to my house and fix my sewer same day as calling them. They were great at finding the problem (old rag that fell down the toilet) and staying until the problem was fully fixed. Thanks so much! Would definitely call them again for drain blockage needs!

In these days of polarization, extremism, and stupidity, I highly commend RR Plumbing and Drain Limiteds, Owner and ********** ************************* as being firmly in possession of a level-head, abundant common-sense, and the skill of listening and accommodating his clients concerns. Made in Canada! On the issue of Covid vaccines, ***** stated up front that he was fully vaccinated and offered no hesitation upon the request for proof that his crew was also vaccinated. Covid non-vaccination was a deal-breaker with other competent contractors from whom I got quotes.By the time the job began, I was quite aware of the difficulties involved and the limits of what was possible to fix the sag in our sewer line. This sag had caused a minor sewer backup this summer (2021) and probably contributed to the major backup in March, 2019, which was due to the general freeze that struck Calgary. ***** had the appropriate equipment to shoot the videos necessary to determine the extent of the problem within the sewer line and used an experienced excavation crew that was also able to enlighten me as to the difficulties and limits of the job, and all quite professionally done. His assessment of our sewer problem and what was needed to make the repair was accurate, correct, and in-line with the assessments of other contractors and the city crews. I believe his team did as good a job of fixing our sewer sag as was possible. ***** did a post-repair video to show how the line looks now and, without asking, volunteered to come back in the spring to shoot another video before we replace the concrete in our driveway where the repair was done.Finally, the price was quite in-line with other contractors and reasonable for a job that required excavation to a 10 depth, through our driveway, and with a pipe replacement.Yes, I felt that ***** and his crew knew what they were doing every step of the way, and I would recommend using RR Plumbing and Drains **** without hesitation.
