We hired **** from Versatile Energy Solutions to install solar panels on our home on April 25th, 2022. We were quoted a total of $16,792.65 and **** required a 50% deposit of $8,396.32 to order the supplies. We were told it would take ~2 months to order the supplies required to do our job which would have put us sometime in May/June for install.We provided the 50% deposit on April 28th. Over the next several months we followed up with **** periodically to see where things were at and when we could expect to confirm exact install dates. He continued to provide excuses as to why our job was being delayed. We are now in September and still no install has occurred. At this point we decided we just wanted a refund and have made several attempts to get our money back. **** keeps saying he will return our money but we never receive anything.
