      I stopped my services with VOIS in August 2022 because of their extremely poor services, Unfortunately I had overpaid this company and to date (December 29, 2022) I have not received my credit of over 80 dollars. I have phoned this company regularly and have also personally talked with the owner *************** for my refund. *************** then blocked me from his phone. Whenever I phoned, I was given false promises by their employees who work mostly from ***** and ********. I was always given the promise that I would be paid next Tuesday, next week and so on, etc., etc. etc. I wish I could give this company and the owner *************** a negative rating of minus minus minus zero. ******** ** ******** *** **** ** *** ******

      The absolute worst service provider in all categories. The only reason I have continued with this company is that my parents have used it for themselves. I have paid for services that locks me in for the next 1.5 years. Last big issue was that I want to get a new iptv box. I confirmed with the rep that I could buy it from elsewhere and that they would activate it. When I was ready to activate it, the new rep said that because I didn't buy it from them, I would have to pay another $200 fee to activate this box. They were selling the same box for $100 more than what I paid for it. I will never buy anything extra from this company. The other matter is that their services are horrible, both technical and customer services. I will end this service as soon as I am able to with minimal financial loss, but I am ready to take the financial loss as well.

      I wish I could give negative star rating. Their 24 hours customer service doesnt know how to fix the issue. A they make u do is change settings, gives you excuse your modem is too far from the device. I had told the box was working ok for while with the same location of the box and the modem and now all of a sudden the distance is an issue. The customer support guys will get on a chat and then they disappear for ,ore than hour and wait for them to respond, screen freezing issue over three weeks and they cant figure out how to fix it, nor they escalated the issue to senior department, I waste almost 2 hours on chat, problem doesnt get fixed.someone on high end needs to train the staff and the owner needs to invest in training rather than pocketing money for them self. I need my box fixed or refund me money.

      Worst phone providing company ever! I disconnected my phone and number from these guys a over 9 months ago because I didn’t need it anymore. Th we keep sending me bill after bill every month even tho my service has been cut and I keep having to call and complain to their customer service representatives about how poorly no one is taking this serious. I’ve been told numerous times to ignore it, my phone service is cut, it won’t happen again and we’ve sent a notice to our head office to have the bills stopped by every representative but it doesn’t. This company isn’t worth yoi spending your time/money/ or patience and stress when they clearly don’t know how to run a business properly. Go to anyone else but these guys!!!!! They keep telling me they’ll send me an email copy of my complaints and the address to send the modem back at all!!!

      They will not give back $50 for my modem back. ************* is static from day one. 45 mins to 1hr wait to get to an agent. When they pick up they act like the call was disconnected. Most garbage and ******** telecommunications company out there.

      They are complete *****. My box is not working since day one. Hours long wait to talk to someone.
