      I purchased I portable premium shelter from them in the fall of **** and commenced installing over the ********* holidays with some hired help. No instructions were in the box so I reached out to Uncle wieners to provide. They were very responsive and sent right away. I checked the model number so all appeared good. This all changed as we unpacked the materials. None of the parts or hardware numbers matched and they were now closed. It took us much longer (extra costs) as we had to lay 5hings out and check. We managed to get the structure erected only to figure out that some of the parts did not fit as shown and some of the parts were not drilled out as shown making certain functions (mostly the door) inoperable without purchasing some other parts (have spent roughly **** so far not to mention the time spent). I took pictures of everything and contacted Uncle Wieners. I was encouraged after they instructed me that they have a warranty department and to contact them. I sent them all the photos plus the above in considerably more detail. As the structure was already erected, although we fealt like demolishing it, they said if we took it apart nothing would be under warranty. So we continued our email discussions. Ironically they now sent us a different set of instructions that had the right parts! Too late now. Even though they sent this it still did not resolve the fact that certain parts are the doors / end gables did not fit. I again sent more pictures to show them this was impossible given how things fit together and even invited them out to look at it. At the end of the day we are over **** into the project and they offered a **** ***** ********** We have done our utmost to get them to accept a degree of accountability and a reasonable partial refund but it has fallen on silent ears and its time to elevate things.

      I bought 2 sets of tool cabinets with overhead storage compartments. Once I assembled the cabinets, I found out that the hydraulic struts that are supposed to hold the doors open were defective in all but one door.I reached out to Uncle Wieners and was told I had to contact their claims website. I did that. I sent pictures and videos.I was told that they would be warrantied and all they needed to find out was if they would be mailed to me or shipped with the next container of stock. I have reached out several times but, have never received a delivery date or updates.It is my opinion that I am being ignored or strung along until the warranty period elapses. I either want the parts to make the cabinets work as they should, or a price discount so that I may purchase the parts to make the cabinets work as they should.

      On April 30/21 I bought a garden pump CE IPX4 fro Uncle wieners in Calgary for $136.45. It carried a 90 day warranty. About July 20/21 I the pump began to malfunction in that it would run for 45 seconds, then shut off for 30 seconds and then start up again. The pump repeated this cycle as long as you ran the pump. I used the pump to water my lawn with a sprinkler from a lake every week to week or so. As the pump continued to malfunction, I called Uncle Wieners about an exchange and they directed me to their claims center via E-mail. On April 26/21, I sent an Emailed their claims department (*********************** outlining my problem and they later requested a copy of my receipt and a video of the malfunction, both of which were sent within 1 day. Since then, I have received no further contact from them despite my three requests/Emails to them about the status of the claim. This should have been a simple over the counter exchange instead of this runaround. I am appalled.
