      HORRIBLE experience with a warranty claim on a sauna which i bought in February of 2024 paid $3400 and it has 2 problems which they keep getting me to diagnose with pictures and dealing through many emails nothing works. Do not deal with them and i am thinking of going to small claims court. Worst ever experience never will buy from uncle weiners again !!

      Absolutely worst customer service. They sell defective products. I purchased an airbrush kit. It was ******. I figured It was a good price as I only needed it for cake and cookie decorating. Well... I used it for ***** mins and suddenly the motor was hot, had a burning smell and then started losing pressure. I returned to the store with the unit and they told me I couldn't return until I emailed their customer service. I emailed... exchanged 14 emails over 3 weeks. Describing the product and the defect... I marked the emails urgent as I needed this resolved asap. I just wanted an exchange for another one. In hopes I'd get one that wasn't defective. Well... its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard a thing from customer service. I won't ever purchase from this store again.. and highly recommend people look elsewhere. Just because the price is good... doesn't mean the product is. You get what you pay for. Junk from uncle weiners with 0 customer service. Its like throwing your money into the wind. Shop elsewhere!!

      Very poor customer service. Inquired about product information such as Warranty and replacement parts. It was fine that the sales people dont know everything about every product. But they had directed me to email their service department by email and I am still waiting for a reply back. When I called the store again to complain about not hearing back they were rude and told me not to buy it if Im mot happy with their answer.. well I certainly dont need to spend money at their store. But it would have been a great time saver on the equipment I was interested in as the competitors will take 2 weeks shipping and $500 more. Not worth my time or money for something that will break and cant get it fixed.

      I purchased a  Porta Power from Uncle Weiners. I drove over 50 minutes to get it and then they charged me $15 more than they quoted me. That was ok as I needed it anyway. I took it home and used it only to find out that the wedge tip leaked like crazy. Of course, they have a no return policy at the store without contacting their website first. It has been over a week and they do not answer their phone, they will not reply to emails and their customer service is a sham ! They will not respond either ! I would advise never to buy anything there unless its a party gag item that you never have to seek warranty on as they will ignore you !! The worst service I have ever had with any product I have purchased in 40 years !

      The worst, purchased a log splitter, the seller recommended the shipper who broke the unit during shipping. The shipping cost was double what was quoted which I paid. Furthermore, the shipper who destroyed the unit did not want to have any responsibility for the damage. I filed a claim against the shipper but required the parts cost from the seller and have received nothing over many months and numerous emails. so I have a broken splitter and and out $3K. ***

      ******** West side store is closing so they directed me to the north side store for the product I wanted. Yes, they have it there, I was assured. After driving there, a store employee at the north side store says they are at the west side store. After telling him that I was just there and was directed here, the snotty little clerk says they didnt phone me!. I told him that since it is so difficult to get what I need, I will simply leave. AND I WILL NEVER, EVER, GO BACK! Stay away. Customers are just a bother to their daily routine. No, really, stay away. Let all your friends know, too.
