I made an appt. to have my vehicle wrapped on May 16, 2022 and was told it'd take 3-4 days to complete. Two weeks went by and there was no communication other than me phoning them. The 3rd week I was told it would be ready for pickup 5 separate days and when I called before arranging a ride was told it wasn't ready. I received a text on June 6 saying it was ready for pickup. I went the next day and the vehicle was full of choppy cuts, obvious seams, exposed paint, mirrors and handles were very sloppy, lifting and rippled. The owner who had done the work was out and I was told to make a list of all the areas I wanted redone. I expressed that after three weeks of waiting I was not impressed and it looked horrible. That night I emailed the owner saying I wanted a full refund and it removed, it couldn't be done properly in 3 weeks so redoing wasn't going to make a difference. I received no response so went in there 2 days later and he said I would not be receiving a refund and was fixing what I wanted fixed. We asked to see the vehicle and it was looking better so we let him proceed. On Sat June 11, I went to pick it up for the second time and it looked way better then it had the first. I took it home and started wiping it down. After seeing it in natural light you could see several areas where the paint is exposed, there's dirt under the vinyl so it wasn't cleaned properly prior to installing, the cutting of the vinyl is very choppy and unprofessional. The fenders and mud flaps were not removed and were just cut around. After 12 days and less than 500 km's the vinyl was lifting and bubbling. I reached out and he now he claims he had problems with it sticking so was going to contact the supplier and redo the problem areas. Every panel has a problem area and most are to do with lack of care not product issues. With the lack of care shown I am now very concerned about damage to my paint as there are a some areas you can see my new paint has been cut into
