    I had to wait over 6 months for my windows to arrive, then the screen was put in but it was obviously the wrong one with large gaps noted around the whole circumference. When I contacted the company for resolution, they stated "just turn the screen around", which is highly inappropriate to ask a paying customer to do. I stated same to them and they reluctantly sent a worker over to correct the screen. He then noted it was in fact the wrong screen for the window, and I asked why the work would be left like it was in the first place, noticeably poor workmanship and wrong product, but i as the customer was the one that noticed it after seeing the "completed" work. It was agreed with the company owner, office staff and myself that I would not be paying for the job until it was completed properly. It took over 2 more months for a new screen to be installed and when they came to place it, the window frame was frozen with ice and snow so they were unable to do it at that time. The worker demanded payment for the job, but I refused, again reminding them that I would be paying when the job was complete and the new screen fit in properly. He said that was not satisfactory and called the owner of the company to come to my house. He arrived and in ** ***** *** ****** ***** demanded that I pay, stating the job was complete even if the screen wasn't in and not knowing if it would be the right one this time. I am a single woman and I had *** ***** ************ ******* in my home ********* ******** ******** ** ****** ****** *** **** *** ***** *********** to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay immediately. I was feeling very uncomfortable at that point, but did try to remind him that he agreed to me paying once the job was completed properly and offered to show him the emails he sent me agreeing to same, but he wouldn't listen to any of that. His voice kept getting ****** and he became **** ********** *** *********** so I ended the conversation by asking them both to leave.

    It is very unfortunate That we were unable to satisfy you in anyway Looking at the records your single window Took nine weeks to bring in due to production and shipping Delays with this unfortunate pandemic situation, regular window delivery would’ve been 4 to 6 weeks All customers were notified of any and all delays throughout the fall Your window was installed, after and only after your window was installed you informed our office that you Could not pay now and would need to make two payments on this window we reluctantly agreed to that Then you informed us the next day there was an issue with your screen the original installer came over to look at it and agreed there was too large of gaps around it and We immediately requested a warranty screen and we informed you that we did not require any payment until the new screen arrived, You then sent us a nasty email informing us that you would not be paying until the job was done correctly The replacement screen came6 weeks later (again completely out of our control), there was ice in the track So we would’ve preferred to wait for a warmer weather to install the screen rather than risking breaking the track that was not satisfactory to you so We got the ice out of the track and install the screen Nobody was loud with you at any time to Insinuate that we intimidated you is absolutely ridiculous And at no time did you ask us to leave we told you to have a nice night and left so that is a complete lie, we return to your home in the morning to install the screen at your request Bottom line is you were finding every way that you could to not pay your for your product I’m not sure why but I think we were more than reasonable Unfortunately this is why contractors generally take deposits because there’s some people you just cannot please we have been in business a long time and I’ve never had a complaint but I want to thank you because we have definitely changed some policies after our experience with you
