On September 25th 2023 I received an estimate from ******************* of Chief Mountain Gas Coop in ************* to hook up sewer and water to our house . The estimate was for ******* plus GST but did not include septic tank cleaning.That same day I attended their office in ************* and spoke with *******************. I said that I would pay him ******* if he included getting the septic tank cleaned out and included the ***** I also said that I would pay him ******* down and the balance of ******* on completion of the job. He agreed, we shook hands and I gave his secretary the ******* deposit.On the second day of the job ***** approached me and said that he didnt think that they would make any money from me because the job wasnt going as well as he had hoped. He said that I would have to pay for an extra 4 lengths of sewer pipe because I hadnt bought enough. I agreed to that because I had said that I would supply the sewer pipe for the job.On November 27th as soon as the job was finished I attended their oficie in ************* and paid them ******* to complete our agreement of ******* as well as an extra ****** to pay for the extra 4 lengths of sewer pipe.On January 4th 2024 I received bill from Chief Mountain asking for an additional ******* because mine was just an estimate not a quote.On February 7th I received another bill saying that I now owed them8******.On Feb. 13th 2024 i sent them a text saying that I considered my account to be paid in full according to our agreement and that if he had any issues that he could call me at ************ and that I would no longer be responding to any emails from their office as I did consider my bill to be paid in full.On March 7th 2024 . **** now ******* On April 17th 2024 I received and bill from them saying that they had credited me back ******* .On May 7th 2024 I received another bill from them demanding that I pay them ******* before May *********************************************
