      **** gave me a quote for $220 for unlimited ducts for furnace cleaning. My duct cleaning was on June 4th. When the crew came they gave me a **** of $357.00. The $60 for the dryer vent and fireplace vent cleaning was understandable. However, the weekend rate took me by surprise at $280. I called **** the next day and she had told me that I will get refunded. This is due to the price she had originally quoted me for at $220 . I followed up 2 weeks later and left a message. There was no refund or call back. I emailed the company on July 9th and no reply. I have tried to call reach the company many times to no avail. I would like my refund of $63 as promised.

      Hello, we have reached out to the number on file ********** multiple times now. We did not have her email address to EMT her back so we sent it through the phone number on the invoice, it is still pending for her to accept and has been for almost 2 weeks now. Looks like she has 11 more days to accept or it's cancelled and we can try again. 

      We have not received any further attempts to contact us, not ********* website, email so our hands are a bit tied here.

I talked to **** on June 6th at 12:21pm from ************. I sent an email on June 4 and on July 9th at ****************** Please see ********** for email capture.       Hi there! ******** here - Sorry but I checked the system again, mine this time which is the main and I don't have anything other than our previous conversations? It doesn't show your attachments to me on here either. The only email I found in the system was you sent a request for the money 2 days ago which went to our spam box, regardless I have sent the refund back through your request and very sorry about the misunderstanding. I've also cancelled the other transaction so don't worry about that you can just delete it.
