I am a little late in writing this review as ******* and his crew built our garage and deck earlier this spring. We were to have it built last fall, but that was kind of hard since our house wasnt even finished.We cant say enough about how easy it was to deal with *******, from the very beginning all the communications with ******* were so professional and he would respond to our emails, questions and concerns within a day if not sooner. You made this whole process so unbelievably easy, painless and enjoyable.And then there was his crew, I have never seen seven guys work so well together, it was amazing to watch. They were efficient, professional, extremely polite and friendly.Even all the subtrades that we dealt with all had the same high standards that ******* and Gecko Projects have.We are in a new community and watching some of the construction projects going on around here, we could not have picked a better company to build our garage and deck.Thank-you ******* and crew for all the work you did for us, I would absolutely recommend you to anyone who is looking to build a garage, deck or fence. Thanks again!

A simply amazing experience from ************* crew. We were surprised how quickly our triple car garage was built and it looks amazing!Highly recommend getting a quote at the very least. ******* built a 22x22 detached garage for our home. Working with him was a great experience! I cannot recommend him enough. I reached out to him months ahead of getting possession of our home, and throughout that time he was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. At time of possession, he started the work right away and finished within a couple weeks. *******'s quote was similar to others but the superior quality difference definitely shows. He was very honest through the entire process and the charged price came exactly as quoted.Gecko Projects Ltd. Response

Right from the quote stage through to project completion, Derrick was excellent to work with. Up front, communicative, and helpful, and I always had full confidence that Gecko was the company I wanted to build our garage. Once the project got underway, every step was well coordinated and efficient, and it was obvious that the entire Gecko team knew what they were doing, and cared about quality. I wanted a garage on my weird lot, and had no idea where to start or what I was doing. I was provided a variety of options and their pros and cons. Every step of the way I was informed and all my questions answered. All the work was done on time, by people who were clearly enjoyed and were proud of the their work. Great company! Timely responses to emails and texts. They show up on time are courteous and friendly then proceed to do efficient and high quality work for the price quoted. They dont move on to the next project until the last one is complete. I highly recommend ******* and his team at Gecko. I was so pleased with the work they did 4 years ago, I had them build me another garage this June. Both garages are great!!Gecko Projects Ltd. Response

Built an oversized two car garage. Derrick and his team took care of everything. The building permit, discretionary permit, etc. etc. Everything was done at a high level of quality, and very quickly. And whenever Derrick said he'll do something, he did. We really appreciated his professionalism and I'll recommend him to anyone and everyone.Gecko Projects Ltd. Response

Gecko Projects was recommended to me by my neighbour, who had her garage built by Gecko a few years back. I am so glad she did! Derrick came by and quoted me on exactly what I was looking for. I needed a slightly taller than usual garage to accommodate my Thule rack while open on my SUV. He provided me with choices on things like lighting, door locks, windows, and even got the foundation team to do a custom engraving at the man-door entrance, which was a huge hit with my kids! Derrick kept me apprised of the progress of the building permit, timelines and when crews would be working. The foundation was done in one morning, and the rest of the garage was done in 1.5 days. It would have likely been done in one day had it not been for high winds, forcing them to stop working. His crew was efficient, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Gecko Projects to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality garage!Gecko Projects Ltd. Response

we just had our double oversized detached garage built. Right from the start Derrick told us that he uses quality materials and builders for everything that he does. All of the work they completed was when he said it would be done and it was done very well, anytime we had questions of the process or how they were building things anybody working on site was happy to answer and talk with us for a few minutes, Matt and Luke were especially helpful. Derrick always answered all of our emails and kept us up to date on the project timeline. Garage looks fantastic, is rock solid and came in at the exact cost that they said it would, and built within the scheduled timeline, couldn't ask for better Thank you guys very much!Gecko Projects Ltd.
