I am waiting for a refund of ****** this has been on going from Oct ********************************************************************************************************************* emails.They day refund is in the process

Much effort has been made to rectify issues and satisfy customer. Product was paid for with bank draft which precluded instant refund to credit card which is the typical process.
We regret that the paper cheque refund process has taken so long.
Refund of $****** was sent to address provided by customer, but was returned to sender due to incomplete address.
New refund is in process of being sent to customer's updated mailing address.

Yes but this refund was from September ** 2023 and the refund was mailed to wrong mailing address on Dec ** 2023. I phoned on Jan ****** to find out when it was mailed and gave correct information for mailing and to this date Jan ** **** have not received it. I think there account department takes to long and no reason it should be so long. Who knows what would happen if I did not keep phoneing
