      If I could give no stars I would.Literally just landed in ******* with Flair Airlines. When departing ******** to *******, our priority boarding was ignored. When on the plane we were told we were in the wrong seats and asked to see boarding passes. We were not in the wrong seats, she asked the people behind us for their boarding passes and her phone blacked out so she took her word for it for 12 plane seats without checking their passes. Turns out flight attendant doesnt know how to read and thought we were in 14....we were in 13. We were not apologized too for accusing us of wrong seats. Everytime that flight attendant would go by us she would cover her name tag. I asked her for her name and she actually refused to give it to me. Luckily I pay attention to the introductions at the beginning of flight and her name is ******* or Saudi. Can anyone help me find a higher up in Flair to complain too. We were treated very poorly and I've never been treated this way by any airline I've traveled with except Flair. They also let a group of people on who were deathly sick (all the ones she didn't check boarding passes) and now we are all at risk because they are selfish. This was July 23rd 2024, flight F8632

      Very bad experience. I paid for a round trip for my father, and I had paid for front row seating both ways for his disability. When he arrived to the airport for check in, neither time was his booking found (even though we have the booking number, itinerary and payment was taken). Although he was allowed to board, his paid seat was not honoured as a disabled person on either leg of the trip. The service agents didnt even try to make it right or offer a refund for the excess money we paid. Very unreliable and would not use again or recommend.

      I cant even give this airline a star. They lost our luggage and could care less. Needless to say my boyfriend is an amputee and needed the charger in his suitcase to charge his leg . Hours on hold . Being switched all over and on day three before he wouldnt be ale to walk we decided to go to the airport to speak to a human . And there was his suitcase sitting in a closet . Again nobody cared .

      The biggest scam in airlines. They say they are the cheapest but in the end charge you for every single back you bring on board and treat you like garbage. At the end of the experience I would have been better off booking with a bigger better airline as it would have been less stressful and cost less.

      I recently booked a round trip from ******* to ****** with Flair Airlines for a weekend visit. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.While my initial flight was on time, my return flight was delayed, adding to my frustration. Despite meeting the specified requirements for a personal item, my backpack was suddenly deemed too large on the return flight. The staff insisted I pay an additional $73.58 fee, despite having a tag from my initial flight proving it was compliant. The staff were unreasonably firm and rude, and I overheard one representative instructing another in French to be unkind to me, assuming I didn't understand.Given these circumstances, I sent a complaint to Flair Airlines over a week ago and have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication, combined with the disrespectful and discriminatory treatment, has left a very negative impression of Flair Airlines. I do not recommend it at all.

      my reservation number 7AFFHX last night 13/july/2024 it was at 11:45 the employee did harassment and racism with not let me fly from night i am sitting on the road i am the medical condition behind two people was there they let do boarding i am ***************** so that lady not let me to board cancelled my flight

      Plan was delay morning of flight stating un schedule maintenance but needed to be completed for safety. This delay was 2hr. Had a second delay of 30min hr or so before new departure time.In the first delay, they said they will give $7 for food/drinks credit which we would have to claim.Do to the 2.5hr delay I had to spent $75, $58.80 was due to my planned ride earlier wasn't able to pick me up and I had to taxi home and the rest was for food/drink. Wouldn't have needed to spend about $13 of the for food if I got in on time, which would have let me go to a store to pick up something better but with it that late and without having to pay for additional taxi fair I had to get some more junk food at the airplane when I landed .I sent in my claim as their first email said to and explain the additional cost they cost me and they rejected my claim, even for the $7 their said they will give us for the first delay.Don't use them. They have no customer service and no business ethics.

      The lady in the check in counter has the worst customer sevice I've experienced. My friend and I tried to booked online but, Unfortunately flair has this auto charging of 1 check in bag for $74+hst which we think a scam. We both decided to check-in in the airport hoping someone could help us because we don't need 1 bag to be checked in. However, we encountered this lady in front that instead of helping us we feel that we are being harassed and Instead of solving the problem she keep rolling her eyes on us. WHAT AN ATTITUDE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We don't want stress early in the morning but this lady was a nightmare. If your job requires customer service please help people in need.

      Booked a flight on Flair Airlines website and I made sure to put my dad's name as the traveler and paid with my card. But the confirmation had my name as the traveler. Immediately called Flair and they said it's a $99 charge to change the traveler's name. In all my traveling experience, you can always make changes to your itinerary details within 24hrs of booking at no cost and many airlines offer a full refund if you cancel within 24hrs. I refuse to pay $99 for itinerary change because I found it to be extremely exploitative and was charged an $80 fee to cancel the flight. Never have I ever experienced such a policy designed to exploit customers with any business. I will never fly with Flair and will actively discourage everyone I know to not fly with them.
