      Purchased ****** ******* 72V Purple June 11, 2023. Speedometer issue returned on June 26, 2023. July 15, 2023 went in to business to inquire. July 20, 2023 call that speedometer would arrive in 10 days. July 20, 2023 requested a refund. Was told speedometer would be in the following week. Aug 4, 2023 went into business to inquire as no communication. Told spedometer came in and now a controller issue. Aug 4, asked for a refund. Aug 4, 2023 was to receive a phone call by 6:00 PM with a resolution. August 9, 2023 still no communication. They have the ****** ******* and I want my money back as the summer is almost over and I have not been able to ride it. There is no communication on their part or a resolution. I am done. Took back to be be repaired there was 35 KM on it and has not been registered.

      mY SON PURCHASED A EBIKE. wHEN WE GOT IT HOME IT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. TOOK BACK TO STORE TO GET FIXED AND WAS TOLD A COUPLE DAYS OIT WOULD BE READY. A WEEK LATER WE CALLED THREE TIMES AND GOT HUNG UP ON EVERY TIME. ATTENDED STORE AND WAS ADVISED IT WOULD BE ANOTHER WEEK. REQUESTED REFUND. THEY ADVISED NO REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN UNTIL THE BIKE WAS FIXED. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. ALSO ADVISED THAT WOULD BE INSTORE CREDIT EVEN THOUGH THEIR RETURN POLICY IS WITHIN 30 DAYS. i WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALY RUDE TO THE POINT THEY EVEN WERE YELLING AT MY HUSBAND AND CALLED HIM AN ******* ETC.

      We took our scooter here to be repaired a couple months ago. We brought the scooter home and it was still stalling so my husband took it back to be rechecked. While he was at the business our young son crawled onto a scooter that accidently fell over. After they left the mechanic contacted my husband and said they had our son on camera knocking the scooter over and that damage had been caused to his personal vehicle. The mechanic said he would send pictures and estimates for the repair of the damage. My husband never received neither. They just phoned to say the repairs were done. We attended today to pick up the scooter and they still would not provide pictures. The owner had put the scooter repairs and alleged vehicle damage on one invoice. The owner refused to let us pay for our scooter and release it without us paying for these extra costs. He tried to claim he saved us money by not charging shop time as it appears they did they vehicle repairs themselves.
