If I could put zero for sure I did.The cancellation and getting your money back will take months, for other insurances it is usually easy to call and get your money back in less than a month.This insurance will leave it to the Dealer and they ll play games to refund you.Review from Brendan M

Read the wording carefully. When you are buying you are advised you are fully covered "bumper to bumper" but the list of exclusions is 20 lines long. (Of course no one reads this when they buy it)I spent $5,000 and so far I have had two problems and went to my dealership. Problem #1 - The automatic tailgate was not functioning. The dealer determined it was getting caught on the liner somehow. Repair cost $500 IA-***'s repsonse - DENIED - We don't cover trim Problem #2 - Air bag light on. The dealer determined that the wiring harness for the airbag needed replacement. The air bag itself was fine. Repair cost $1,100.IA-***'s response - DENIED - We don't cover safety restraint systems (including airbags) Never mind that the airbag is fine and the electronic's are faulty.2 problems - zero coverage. $5,000 down the drain. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT THINK YOU ARE COVERED. Save your money and use it for the repairs this warranty is not worth and not what it seems.

One star.. if there was an option for no star I would put it .. these guys are absolutely useless.. you buy their product but refuse to keep their word. I was sold a *** WARRANTY from JP MOTORS when i purchased my car. It cost me almost $5400.00 tax included. The Transmission on my 2012 mini ****** countryman needs replacement and this pathetic warranty company has made it virtually impossible to get this repair done. The hoops that *** made the repair center jump through discouraged them from taking on the repair job. In fact no Transmission shop I spoke to would deal with this poor excuse for an expensive useless warranty. JP Motors I blame you for selling me this warranty and not standing behind your clients!! *** WARRANTY is A BiG RIPOFF!!
