            First off North ************ lied to us about the glass coverage and we only found out after we tried to make a claim that they lied. Now about the smart program, took over a week just to get an approval to have ours replaced, then they tell us we have to pay for the Ceramx coating that was put on the original winshield to prevet chips and scratches. *** Didn't work for us but I still have to pay for it to be reapplied. The way I see it if it was part of the windshield when we bought the car why would I have to pay seperately for that. Or since I don't think it works anyway why can't I say no to it? My recommendation is it's more of a scam than it's worth.

We try to uphold the highest standards of transparency and customer satisfaction, and we regret any miscommunication or inconvenience you've encountered.It appears that your windshield replacement was approved. In regards to the coating, the coating does not guarantee that it will prevent windshield damage. It only helps prevent it. That is why we have the replacement in the warranty. If you would like us to send a technician to your house to reapply the coating, please let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot find our info in our system.
