I was looking for a replacement remote starter fob. The first place I stopped was jb power center West on 170 st. They sell that brand of remote starters. I asked the employee if they had a replacement remote, he took a quick look at it and told me there are no replacement fobs for this type of starter and the company did not make a replacement fod. He told me I had to replace the hole system. Throw away a perfectly good system away over a fod.. I looked all over for a new fod with no luck. I was telling my granddaughter and she told me shee would check where she purchased he starter fod. The employee told me they had none I told him we were told they have lots and could the employee look to see if they have one. His reply was he did not have to look he just knows there is no remote and the company does not make them. I phones my granddaughter and explained to her what happens she could not believe it so she phone the jb power center West and asked them if they have the remote and was told they have lots In stock . My granddaughter phones jb power center north and was told yes they have replacement fobs so she made me an appointment to go get a new fod. **** arriving and walked in the store introduced my self, the manager said oh yes we were expecting me and told me they would take care of this for me. I got my fob thank you jb power center north a great bunch of employees thank you. .
