Purchase date May 13 2023 Amount 64661$ They clained the car is accident free but in reality it was accidented and badly repaired even though the carfax looks clean so the car is not worth the price that i paid thinking it was in mint condition original paint. They clain 30 days exchange and they don't respect it They forged my signature to register the car in my name even before i see the car in person They added 2000$ to the selling price because i paid cash instead of financing The forced to buy a protection plan that I didn't need They distracted me during my inspection and pur pressure on me and rushed during my inspection Car has multiples flaws broken grill microphones and camera defect rust and peeling paint panels and bumpers misaligned ...Business response

July 16 I purchased a 2012 *** ****** from Go Auto yellowhead. july 18 I went back ( 1.5 hours one way) to pick it up. Check engine light came on that night, then went out next day. I thought nothing of it cause this vehicle had just passed an inspection from go auto. I dotn drive much, so didnt notice alot the first few drives. After a week I knew it wasnt 'just me' and something was wrong with it. The rpm will fluctuate while driving. July 25 and 26 I phoned to complain, but the sales person 8 dealt with was avaliable. NO ONE EVEN RETURNED MY CALL. July 27 my bf phoned to complain, and they told him bring it in, and they will diagnose it, but no guarantee if they will do anything. July 28 we returned the vehicle. That morning I had a mechanic in my own town test drive it to confirm something is wrong. He did not put it through his shop, but from a test drive, he said there is transmission problems. I told go auto all of this. **** the ***** ******* says there is nothing they will do as I didnt buy the warranty. But they could put it on diagnostics for $150. Meanwhile yesterday we were told it would be free. We argued. Then he agreed to test drive it and diagnose. So they drove it, and said they needed to look into it further, and the vehicle would have to stay the night and cool off. The next day they would diagnose it for $150. I argued again, they were going to charge me tomorrow, for what they promised TWICE would be free today. I walked out. **** followed me out the door, and said he wanted to make it right. They would diagnose for free. The following week he phoned me to say the vehicle needs a new transmission. They have a policy that if any major mechanical issues within 30 days, they take it on trade. He wouldn't tell me trade value until 2 weeks later. Vehicle Cost- cost of transmission. I'm not willing to trade in. Took it to ********** ******* in Camrose, and was told they didn't want to charge me for what goauto should fix. So here I amInitial Complaint

I financed a car in December of 2020. 6 days after buying the car I had lost all ability to brake and all brake dash lights came on I slowed down and restarted the car which gave me back the brakes but the dash lights did not go away TIL a few days later when the service brake light went away but the traction control light and stability light stayed on. I called the goauto dealership yellow head nw Edmonton where I bought the car and yes I have a warranty package. They told me I would have to pay for a diagnoses and drive 2 hours to get there and pay for all part needed so I took it to a local dealership for diagnostic and they told me in was a hub causing the issue. I bought a new hub and got in install which I also paid for and with in 2 months I have replaced the brake pads 3 times and the brake rotors 2 times and they haven’t helped me for warranty or paying. The warranty hasn’t done anything for me and neither did they even after a week of getting the car. I have all receipts.Business response
