I went to INFINITI Edmonton to buy a used car, I chose the car and paid 3000 down payment, we calculated the monthly payment at 7% same as what they advertised on their website, as they mention and they said they got approval from the bank before I selected this car upon signing the documents I see the bank profits is 12+ %, I stopped signing and ask them this what mansion to me before and this what not we agree when we calculated the monthly payment and I can't accept this as not mentioned to me before, they said this between you and the bank, which not correct they get the approval from the bank before I choose the car, and I ask them for my down payments back, they not accepting to give me my money back?Initial Complaint

I've purchase a new vehicle. I bought the extended warranty and protection package. They applied a discutmnctional 3m protection and paint and window protection for the vehicle. They said they were going g to have thebproblem fixed by a third party. They did not, the third party does not dow hat they said they would do, they ended up doing a poor job at the dealership thebl second time. They have lied. Additionally they sold us extended warranty that does not match what I'd on the website from infiniti canada. I've spoke spoke the VP of go auto and there seem to be more lies/ fraudulent activity. The most recent note I got was Hello ******, I contacted Infiniti Canada today regarding their website on the pre paid maintance. I got a quick note back from them that they have incorrectly published the terms on a section and are working on a correction. I will call tomorrow again for clarification and circle back with you. Have a great night and chat soon. Please help me get to the bottom of whatvis going o here. All I get are lies and broken promises and it has been 3 months of crazy. Also, my vehicle has already had a number of electrical issues which need warranty.
