ENTIRE FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS UNWILLING TO HELP.I had a good experience when I purchased my vehicle and I was impressed with the service. However, years later, after selling my vehicle, I am extremely unimpressed with Infiniti regarding the extended warranty I regretfully purchased. I was told I would get my money back if I didn't submit any claims. What a joke. Infiniti is extremely uncooperative. I have spoken to multiple people in their finance department and they all act clueless about the entire process. They are purposely avoiding me, not returning my calls, and refused to sign the form in order for me to cancel my policy and get my refund. I will never in my life buy an extended warranty again, and I will make sure to stay away from Go Auto and all their ********. This whole situation spoiled my entire experience with Infiniti and Go Auto. It's been a month and I am still dealing with them. I even tried Infiniti Canada and the person I spoke to was even more incompetent. I am extremely frustrated that they are so intentionally unprofessional and uncooperative. I am so fed up. I just want to be done with this. They want you to get fed up and f*** off so they don't have to give your f****** money back.
