Date of transaction: Dec 13/21 Charge: 199.50 Commitment: Installing a dash cam Dispute: The dash cam was not installed properly, and is only 50% functional. At this point, I have no intention of returning to their business whether for an in person refund or for them to redo their work. Attempts: I’ve contacted them regarding this and they’re not interested in any resolution. I intend to follow-up with my card provider, although it’s a debit card so getting the money back will be more difficult. * ** ********* ** * ******** **** **** ** ******** ******** ** * **** *** **** *** *** ** ** * ***** ***** **** *** ***** *** ** ***** they'll try and tell you they needed my password to log in to the dashcam to set it up, and they didn't get it. This is false, and the evidence will show an email supporting my version of events. I would like to make it clear I'm not interested in punishing the company, however, I want my money back and all of my information/customer account deleted from their systems.
