Service was performed on: July 29th 2022 First Notice of damaged was issued to the company the same day. We returned to the building to speak with the manager the next day (July30th 2022) To start the man who arranged the clean with my fiancé stated the service would take 1.5-2 hours. The service ended up taking almost 4 hours. This was only the beginning of our poor experience. Once home with the vehicle we saw that the paneling on every single door was peeling away. To add hurt to injury the center console was also completely forgotten and still dirty. All this after spending over $500 to clean the vehicle! I immediately called the office and left a message on their website. They called back asking me to bring the car in the next day for them to look at. After brining the car in they told me they are not responsible for the damages for the vehicle. They only thing they would do for me is give me a small gift card to cover the cleaning they missed. So after spending $500 I now have to spend MORE time and money to fix the damages done to my vehicle. I am looking to receive at minimum a partial refund to help with the time and money I am now going to have to take to fix the damages performed on my vehicle. This is my decision based on the recommendations given to me by multiple professional car detailers.
