    On September 1, 2022 my wife and I went to eat at the Terra Losa location of Fat Franks. We were served hot dogs that were clearly old and drier than the buns. We tried to return our food, which was almost entirely uneaten, and we were told to leave our contact info for a refund. After a week of waiting we received no refund. I tried to call the corporate office, but was greeted with a very hostile individual. I explained to him that I had video of the incident, but was not going to post a review if we could simply get our money back. He took severe offence to that, and accused me of blackmailing him over $35. Then proceeded to say I was simply not worth his time and hung up on me. This is not only potentially a health hazard (I did report to health authorities) but they are also stealing from people. Serving old food, or food that is not being stored properly, and then refusing to reimburse the customer for such a critically sub-par product. I have never experienced such overt indignity and even hostility from a company before as a paying customer.

    My wife and I came in to order take out. We ordered a routine, 2 ham burgers, and 1 hot dog. The food took 50 minutes to arrive. We brought the food home and the hamburgers were totally burnt. The bread was dry to the point where I drank several of cups of water. We had to cook food due to the hamburgers being inedible.We complained to the owner. He was extremely rude to my wife. We presume he is like that to females. When I called he attempted to negotiate with me for the burgers. I informed him he should be refunding us in full. It did not compensate us for our wait time, leaving us hungry, and us driving back.We get into an argument. The owner puts both of our phone numbers on our ****** review. We inform him we will file a lawsuit. I screen shot his comment with our confidential information. I submit it to BBB. He takes it down. I choose to drop the case.I find the individual to be extremely rude to females in a condescending way. We loved the previous owners. Now it's purely for profit with all the cost cutting. I would not shop local I'm this scenario.
