While other companies were quoting 1-3 days for a call out, they were able to come in less than 3 hours. The tech, ****, was able to diagnose the issue in less than 10 minutes and fix it with the parts on hand in under an hour. **** was willing to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Additionally, he took the time to ensure the parts he installed not only worked, but were actually working within the tolerated specs.Weathermakers Ltd. Response

Today @ minus 30, our hot water tank erupted!!! I called upon weathermakers who I have used for years to assist me during this crisis. They responded quickly and installed a new tank!! Wow, they were prompt, efficient, kind and emmaculate!! Not a speck of dirt anywhere. *****, the gas fitter, is an amazing personality and really instilled confidence in his abilities. He redid the gas line, the water softener lines and a new hot water tank in ess than 2 hours!! Amazing!! I would reccommend Weathermakers to anyone needing quality and efficient service for all your plumbing, A/C , and heating needs. They do not disappoint, and go over and above to insure the customers satisfaction every time. Kudos Weathermakers!!Weathermakers Ltd. Response

I would recommend Weathermakers Ltd to anyone who is needing a new furnace ,air conditioner, or hot water heater. They recently installed these in my house and they were such hard workers and did a great job. The day they installed my furnace it was 30% in my house and the next day they installed my air conditioner and it poured rain on them all day yet they remained so friendly and polite. Im 80 years old and when the boys were leaving they asked if I would like them to bring me a coffee from **** when they come. This really meant a lot to me. My last furnace was installed by Weathermakers in ****. **** and ***** thanks for your hard work. ***************************.Weathermakers Ltd. Response

I had an after-hours emergency. Three young rescue ****** kittens had pried up a floor vent and crawled in, in the middle of the night, I discovered this in the early morning. I was, of course, completely freaked out. The person who answered my initial call was very helpful and connected me right away to *****. He and I talked on the phone and I waited a few hours with food beside the vent, but no sign of them. ***** came right away when I called back and he was wonderful. The kittens had gotten all the way to the furnace, but ***** was able to pull them out. Fur and whiskers are singed, and little paws are tender, but they are alive and recovering well. I so appreciated ****** advice, his compassion, his great work and his support at a very scary and difficult time. Thankfully, we had a happy ending! We have been with Weathermakers for several years now, and even before this have had positive experiences. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.Weathermakers Ltd. Hello ****. Thank you so very much for taking the time to share this experience. Firstly, everyone here at WeatherMakers is extremely relieved the kittens are alright. It didn't take long for the news to spread here, many messages in from service technicians throughout the day checking on the the kittens' status. Hearing they were going to recover sent everyone home at the end of day relieved. ***** is a very valued member of our team, his expertise, professionalism and kindness only scratch the surface of who he is as a remarkable individual. I recommend Weathermakers they are a well organized company, who will take on work big and small. My review starts when I booked the work, I was met with a bubbly person who told me right off the start, they could do the job. After being told by several other plumbers that the job was too small, or they were too busy, I felt that I wanted to have them do the work right off the start. When their technician, ***** showed up ahead of schedule, I was pleasantly surprised. ***** completed a simple dish washer installation for me on an older condo renovation. Im writing this part of the review on Kieths professionalism, and his desire to go further than just hooking up some hoses. He hooked up the electrical, levelled the dishwasher, and he spent some time adjusting the dishwasher door as it was rubbing on the cabinets. He was very conscientious about tracing leaks, there were none, and cleaning up the space he worked in.Weathermakers Ltd. Response

I highly recommend Weathermakers Ltd. From the customer service I received over the phone, the convenience of appointment booking, overall service directly with the company and the professionalism. I feel they are an amazing company to deal with. With regards to ****, the service technician who came to our home. I can not put into words how happy we are with the service provided. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Provided ** with options. Took the time to educated ** on the **** system. Provided exemplary service with kindness and understanding. Truly a nice gentleman who cares about the people hes providing service to. We humbly say thank you for everything. After having a harrowing experience in the past with a different company, we we left feeling fearful of dealing with anything like that again. **** and the entire crew we dealt with at Weathermakers renewed our faith that there are companies out there where customers really do matter.Weathermakers Ltd. I had a few quotes from other businesses, however they severely lacked in comparison with Weathermakers. **** from Weathermakers was extremely thorough and detailed while listing our options and what they guarantee. Ultimately the quoting process made it an easy decision to go with them. ********** and ***** arrived to site when they said they would, they were polite and clean. Once the instal was done they took ** through the operation of the ** unit along with the updated thermostat. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians. Exceptional service. **********, *****, and **** all were superb. **** gave us a thorough investigation of our house and pointed us towards an energy efficient system that matched our cooling needs. ********** and ***** were excellent installers - they were timely, polite, explained each step of what they were doing, and then walked us through how our system works and how to get the best performance from it.Weathermakers Ltd.
