I understand your frustration to not have reserved a contractor for the first HEAVY snowfall of 20 centimeters of WET snow. I understand. BUT here is my side of the story, We are a prepaid monthly or seasonal company, which means you need to prepay your monthly service. You paid October 2021 but When i sent the renewal a week ahead of November, you disregard/ ignore the invoice because THERE IS NO SNOW at that time. I have canceled your November invoice/renewal 7 days after the 1st November. You did not get charged for November so what is the Goal of you bashing my company around? You know If you would pay on time your renewal would not happen and you would have your property clear of snow like everyone did yesterday! Yeah, The ones that has prepaid their November invoice have been serviced and ALL OF THEM. You are more frustrated because i considered you as a flaky client that wants to only pay if they see snow on the ground. But now you go on ****** and now on BBB to review me 1 stars because i refuse to service your property anymore. Pay your bills on time or don't ignore notice of renewal and you will not be in those situations in the future. WE ARE NOW FULLY BOOK AND THIS IS SOMETHING YOU DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND. Next time you find a good contractor pay on time don't wait last minute because you will see those snow contractors get fully booked quickly WHEN A STORM IS HAPPENING. Good luck!
