On February 7, 2022 I went to Toner Ink Depot and payed $147 to get my printer cartridges refilled. When I came in and asked for the price the owner never gave me a price list he just gave me a random number from the top of his head. On the next business day I picked up the cartridges I did not first notice that they were broken until I came home and tried to put them in my printer. My printer would just spit the cartridges right back out when I tried to put them in and that is when I noticed that one of the holes on the cartridges was filled in with hot glue and that hole is needed for the cartridges to fit properly into the printer. I went back to Toner Ink Depot to figure out why they did that and asked for a refund, when I asked the owner why they hot glued the hole and if I could get a refund he did not give me an explanation he just stood their and said I can not get a refund because the cartridges were already filled. He than proceeded to tell me that the problem was my printer and everything should work and I should just bring the printer in for him to check it out (I know it is not my printer because I used to refill my cartridges at ****** and everything was fine) I asked him that if I bring my printer and personally show him that my printer is spitting the cartridges out will I get a refund then he said no. I tried to explain to him that he broke my cartridges and because of his incompetent work I would like a refund. He kept telling me they should be working, I'm lying and that it's all my printers fault and that I'm not getting a refund no matter what. He also became very hostile when I kept asking for a refund. Before I left the store I told the owner that I will be writing a complaint and he said "go ahead you aren't the first."
